Customer wants DPF cleaned as faults say it’s blocked.
After a discussion with the customer about carrying out an assessment on the vehicle to determine what’s at fault and if the DPF is actually blocked.
Assessment carried out. DPF pressure 3mb @ idle and 14mb @ 2500rpm DPF nowhere near blocked.
Faults found during assessment and customer advised on repairs to rectify issues.
£70 assessment saved the customer £250 on a clean and gave them answers to faults with vehicle.
