The owner of this 2009 Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 with 64k miles came to us with a warning light on and a lack of power.
Pre-clean checks showed us there was a faulty sensor within the DPF system the sensor was giving the wrong reading causing the DPF to block up through time.
After replacing the faulty sensor The DPF Doctor 3 stage clean was carried out.
Pre-clean pressure in the DPF was 41mb idle & 149mb 2500rpm .
Post-clean pressure was 6mb idle & 22mb 2500rpm
