2013 Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DCi Loss of power and P2002 Fault Code

Faults diagnosed and rectified on 01/06/18

This vehicle is part of a major fleet we look after for a local agricultural company.

It came in with major loss of engine power and various malfunction lights on the dashboard.
Our diagnosis revealed a turbo boosting fault due to a leak.

Where the vehicle had been driven with the fault the soot loading within the DPF had become excessive.

The leak was found with a smoke test, the faulty part was replaced then a full 3 stage DPF clean was carried out.

An extended road test confirmed yet another successful repair!
