2009 VW Caddy 1.9 TDI
Customer had on going problems with the DPF and EML lights coming on.
Had tried in tank additives and been told her DPF was blocked.
The customer initially call us and enquired on how much to clean the DPF. We had a chat and explained an initial assessment would be the best way to proceed before we jump in and clean the DPF.
During the assessment the DPF was found not to be blocked and the fault lay with a faulty sensor.
New sensor fitted and a road test carried out to complete regen of DPF.
