DPF diagnosed and rectified 29/05/18
We have a very good reputation within the trade locally for being able to rectify DPF faults that other garages are struggling with.
Ultimately this comes down to our experience and training.
This was brought to us by our neighbouring workshop after their attempts at forced regeneration failed.
After some in-depth diagnosis and analysis of serial data within the engine computer we found the fault was software related.
After carrying out a software update to the vehicle we were able to witness a successful regeneration.
