Our customer informed us their 2013 Ford Transit 2.2 was suffering continued DPF faults after having another DPF fitted elsewhere.
The customer has continued to have problems with the van after spending well over £1000.
If he had contacted The DPF Doctor first it would’ve saved him money.
Fault rectified and no 3 stage clean needed on this one. Total cost of job was £160.
JLM DPF Particulate Filter Cleaner was added to the tank followed by a 30mile road test.
Soot levels reduced from 270% to 26%
DPF pressure reduced to 3.7mb.
