2010 Fork Kuga came in with Engine Malfunction message on the display.
After carrying out an extensive check of the engine management system we diagnosed the one of the DPF components had failed . This caused the system to stop regenerating and fill up with soot.
We replaced the faulty component and carried out the 3 stage clean. Bringing the DPF pressure down to 1.6 on idle and 8.5 at 2500rpm.
We also updated the software to the latest version to iron out any issues.
