Diagnostic evaluation revealed a P2002 fault code.
After our normal tests we found no reason why the DPF had become blocked and after discussions with the owner we concluded it was purely down to the owners driving style of extremely short journeys and low mileage use.
After carrying out our on car three stage cleaning process the DPF pressure was returned to normal and an extended road test confirmed normal operation and regeneration of the DPF this car was fixed saving the customer the cost of a new DPF.
