Vauxhall Corsa 1.3cdti recovered in as this barely could run and blew a DPF pressure into pieces!
This vehicle had various faults relating to the DPF and our gauge couldn’t even test the pressure as it was over 1000mbar!
We carried diagnostics and this problem was purely down to driving style so with our DPF Doctor clean done we sent the customer away with a smile on their faces and some factual advice on how to keep the DPF from blocking up again.
The after cleaning pressure is in the picture below and remember it was over 1000mbar when started….
