Our initial diagnostic process revealed fault codes P242F and P2002.
We established a pressure sensor fault that had caused the DPF to block.
With the fault rectified we carried out our three stage on car cleaning process this reduced the back pressure down to normal levels and after an extended road test we could confirm that this car was fixed without removing or replacing the DPF saving the customer expensive unnecessary work.
