This customer came to our agent in Carluke, South Lanarkshire after being quoted for a new DPF by another garage.
The car only does very short trips meaning passive regeneration hadn’t been taking place resulting in a badly blocked DPF with fault codes 480A & 481A showing.
We carried out our 3 Stage DPF clean to clean the DPF out as well as advising the customer on the best practice to try and prevent the same thing happening again.
