Our customer had text in asking for a forced regeneration after having a plethora of other part fitted.
She had been told it need a forced regeneration to cure the lack of power and the DPF in danger of blocking message.
After spending a bit of time with the customer we decided against a forced regeneration.
Instead we carried out an assessment of the vehicle and found it had air flow problems along with turbo under boosting issues
After rectifying the fault an Extreme Intake Clean was carried out not a DPF clean as the DPF wasn’t to blame.
