This car had recently had a EGR valve failure which had caused the DPF to block.
Customer had been advised that a new DPF was required as it would not allow regeneration.
After carry out diagnostics we found no other issues and we carried out our on car three stage cleaning process which successfully restored the DPF to normal operation and this car was fixed.
