This vehicle was suffering from limp mode due to a blocked DPF with 43 mbar of DPF back pressure at idle. Our 3 Stage cleaning service soon got the back pressure down to a nice and clean 6 mbar.

P0671 Glow Plug Circuit
P2453 DPF Pressure Sensor Circuit
Live data analysis also highlighted the vehicle had not regenerated for 702 KM and the calculated DPF saturation was 194%. Further diagnostic interrogation confirmed the DPF pressure sensor was faulty and all 4 glow plugs were open circuit. The route cause of the DPF blockage was down to these failed components preventing successful regeneration.
