Toyota Yaris P2463 fixed! This Toyota Yaris 1.4 D4D came in to our Ashington HQ Energy Tuning Ltd in limp mode and had fault code P2463 stored. The job was for a trade customer and they were unable to perform a forced regeneration, even though the soot accumulation was in range to allow this….. Now these Toyota’s can be tricky and there are various reason’s why P2463 can be stored. By following the Toyota test plan we determined that the fault had been set due to oil condition which in turned disabled the regeneration function. The oil has now been changed so we carried out our 3 stage DPF clean, reset all adaptive s and monitored live data to ensure that regeneration is now enabled.
