1.6 tdci in with a ‘Dpf overload’ fault showing on the dashboard. Checking the live data this showed 8 BAR at idle, this wasn’t right so after a software calibration we could carry on with our diagnosis/clean.
Testing at the dpf we had about 450mbar @ 2500rpm preclean and only 30.4mbar post clean. This showing how good the 3 stage clean process really is!
