Today we went out to a customer who’s car was un-drivable and in limpmode to the point it could not make it to our workshop , showing #code55 on there dash board display they had been facing an expensive replacement cost previously set out by a garage who thought it was the only option with 5 different DPF related faultcodes in the system . Luckily for them a doctor was on call to help bring this #vauxhall #insignia back to life. As part of the DPF Doctors continued good service we carried out detailed diagnostics to not only fix the vehicle but prevent further DPF failure ,This is what makes us professionals in the trade . Pressures were check and found to be very high as expected , this had caused the pressure sensor to fail . After a 3 stage DPF clean road testing & electronic adaptions the car was back running how it should reducing pressure by 380mb ! Now With a clean bill of health this has saved the customer a small fortune ££££ and all this being done whilst they were at work.
