BMW X5 3.0D having a 3 Stage DPF clean carried out by our Glasgow & Lanarkshire agent. This car had been to a local independent BMW specialist who recommended The DPF Doctor to sort out the DPF issues. It was showing fault codes 480A and 481A which indicated that the DPF was blocked. Both live data and manual data confirmed this with back pressure levels of 260 mbar.
After our DPF clean the back pressure had reduced down to 60 mbar at 2500 rpm and 2 mbar at idle.
It’s now back to driving as it should do and no warning lights in sight.
