This BMW 520D was suffering with DPF issues. This job was for a trade customer who had already replaced 2 faulty sensors which were the root cause of the DPF blocking up. The exhaust gas back pressure at 2500rpm was at 740 Mbar before our 3 stage DPF clean, but we managed to get it down to 45 Mbar. The car is now back driving as it should, restored to full power and no warning lights!
