Due to short journeys this Tiguan had been struggling to carry out a passive regeneration and eventually resulted in a blocked DPF.
Our live data analysis and manual testing procedures confirmed the blockage with exhaust back pressure of 380 mbar at 2500 rpm.
Once we carried out our 3 Stage DPF clean this was reduced to just 50 mbar to get the car back on the road with no limp mode or warning lights.
