This VW Golf came into our Ashington HQ today in limp mode with DPF fault code P2002 stored. Our diagnostic checks showed that the DPF differential pressure was reading around 200mb lower in live data than the actual pressure. The actual differential pressure at 2500rpm was almost 1100mb so we had a badly clogged DPF!! We carried out an extended DPF clean, replaced the sensor with a genuine part and within a few hours had the customer back on the road with a healthy 60mb of differential pressure.
