Here we have a Nissan Qashqai 1.5 DCI having a mobile DPF clean due to too many short journeys which caused the DPF to choke up. Fault codes #P2002 and #P253F were stored in the ECU fault memory and both live data and manual tests revealed exhaust gas back pressure was much higher than the permissible limit confirming that the DPF was blocked. We carried out our 3 Stage DPF clean with great success as usual getting the car back to full health, saving the driver four figures!
