This BMW 535d with dpf related fault codes p4010, 480a & 481a with 55mbar at idle and 550mbar at 2.5k revs had been to two specialist BMW independents who couldn’t fix it, but told him replacement needed.
We diagnosed, cleaned and regenerated it, and the pressures are now 5mbar at idle and 30mbar at 2.5k revs. This very happy customer saved ££££’s!
