This lovely Jaguar XF came in to our Ashington HQ today with DPF problems and fault codes P2463 and P2459 stored. A forced regeneration had allready been attempted but was not possible due to excessive soot accumulation. The customer had recently bought the car and has been using the car for very short journeys that have lead to the excessive build up of soot. We carried out a carbon clean on the engine, followed by our 3 stage DPF clean and monitored live data on an extended road test to make sure that everything was functioning correctly.
