This was showing fault codes 480A and 481A indicating a blocked DPF which we confirmed using our live data analysis and manual testing procedures.
No underlying issues were found but due to constant short journeys it had been failing to regenerate successfully resulting in the DPF blockage.
After the 3 Stage DPF clean the back pressure had reduced to a minimal level and during the post clean road test we monitored live data to confirm that passive regeneration was taking place now.
