Fiat Doblo 1.9 JTD having some after hours DPF surgery this evening…. This taxi almost made it to our Ashington HQ this afternoon but had to be pushed for the final leg!!!! On our initial diagnostics we found DPF fault codes P2002 and P2453 and also EGR valve fault codes P0400 and P0403. We addressed the EGR valve first to allow the engine to start and then looked at the DPF…… DPF back pressure was a massive 1200mb at idle!!!!! We then carried out an extended 3 stage DPF clean and within a fee hours we had a nice clean DPF and the customer is back on the road with minimal down time.
