Nissan Navara 2.3 DCI DPF Assessment.
This Navara was presented to us with a blocked DPF due to being overdue a service. On these vehicle's it it very important to keep servicing upto date as it will stop the DPF from regenerating. The customer has arrange the service so we proceeded to clean the DPF using DC Lubricants Ltd DPF Soak and Rinse to get things back on track.

Vauxhall Vivaro DPF Assessment.
This poorly Vivaro came to us to investigate a suspected blocked DPF and find the cause of the problem. The DPF was indeed blocked as regeneration had not been taking place due to a Mass Air Flow fault being stored permanently.
The MAF fault was actually being caused by a poor connection at the plug so no parts were necessary to fix this. Connection repaired, DPF cleaned using the awesome DC Lubricants Ltd DPF Soak & Rinse then an extended road test to make sure that everything was behaving as expected.
The customer was now able to go on his long journey to Scotland without worrying about warning lights 😄
