The customer was referred to us from a long term trade customer for a second opinion before replacing a faulty PM sensor.
This is a sensible approach as these sensors can often fail when the DPF has failed. In this case we were able to give the DPF a clean bill of health as we measured DPF flow and also the PN (Particulate Number) to confirm that the DPF was indeed doing it's job.
We also picked up on an issue with the swirl flaps in the intake manifold so this information was reported back. They can now continue with the repairs knowing that it will be a first time fix.

Another vehicle back to full health 😀Peugeot Partner DPF Assessment.
This poorly Peugeot came into us after ongoing DPF problems and multiple forced regenerations elsewhere. Unfortunately the DPF was beyond repair and the DPF additive level was low. We replaced the DPF with an OE part, refilled the additive tank and carried out an extended road test to monitor live engine data to confirm everything was as expected 👌

We carried out our DPF assessment to find the cause of the DPF blockage, liased with the garage so they could order the parts ready to replace and then we carried out a DPF clean using DC Lubricants Ltd DPF Soak & Rinse 💪
